By joining the Curran Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. About the Curran Club
The Curran Club is a preventative maintenance membership program offered by Curran Plumbing, Electrical, Heating and Air.
The purpose of the Curran Club is to help homeowners maintain their home systems, reduce the likelihood of unexpected breakdowns, and provide ongoing value through priority service, maintenance, and member benefits.
The Curran Club is not an insurance policy and does not cover damage, failures, or the cost of repairs or replacements.
2. Membership Eligibility
Curran Club membership is available to residential homeowners within Curran’s service areas.
Membership applies to the nominated property address only and is not transferable to another property or person without written approval from Curran.
3. Membership Term and Billing
Curran Club memberships are billed monthly.
By joining the Curran Club, you are committing to a minimum membership period of 12 months.
After the initial 12-month period, memberships do not expire and will continue on an ongoing month-to-month basis unless cancelled in accordance with these terms.
4. Membership Inclusions and Benefits
Curran Club benefits may include, but are not limited to:
The specific inclusions applicable to your membership are those advertised at the time of joining.
Unused benefits do not roll over and have no cash value.
5. Preventative Maintenance Limitations
Preventative maintenance services are intended to assess and maintain systems to help reduce the likelihood of failures.
Preventative maintenance does not guarantee that breakdowns, faults, or emergencies will not occur.
If issues are identified during a maintenance visit, repairs or replacements are quoted separately and are not included in the membership fee.
6. Repairs and Additional Works
Membership does not include the cost of repairs, replacement parts, labour for corrective works, or emergency repairs unless expressly stated.
All repair work is quoted as a fixed price prior to commencement and must be approved by the customer.
7. Priority Service
Priority service means Curran Club members are scheduled ahead of non-members where booking availability allows.
Priority service does not guarantee same-day service or after-hours attendance.
8. After Hours and Emergency Work
After-hours or emergency services are not included unless specifically stated as a membership benefit.
Where applicable, members may receive reduced call-out fees for after-hours services. Labour and materials are charged separately.
9. Access and Safety
The customer must provide safe, clear, and reasonable access to all relevant equipment and areas of the property.
Curran reserves the right to refuse or reschedule service if access is unsafe or restricted.
10. Cancellations and Termination
Memberships may be cancelled at any time by providing 30 days written notice to Curran.
If a membership is cancelled within the initial 12-month minimum term, the member is required to pay out the remaining balance of the 12-month membership period.
Membership fees already paid are non-refundable.
If preventative maintenance visits or member benefits have already been delivered, Curran reserves the right to recover the cost of those services if the membership is cancelled early.
11. Changes to Membership
Curran may update membership inclusions, pricing, or terms from time to time.
Any material changes will be communicated prior to renewal or taking effect.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Curran is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in the Curran Club.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
