Terms and Conditions

  • Monthly amounts must be paid by credit/debit card or automatic bank withdrawal. If customer elects to pay annual amount in full by using a credit/debit card or automatic bank withdrawal, the service partner plan (SPP) will automatically renew one year from the effective date and the payment method used will be charged at that time. Such automatic renewal will continue until cancelled by the customer. Service under this SPP shall continue until terminated by either party upon thirty (30) days prior written notice, provided that the company may discontinue service at any time in the event of non-payment by the customer.
  • Customer is responsible for any additional service work provided outside the scope of the service partner plan.
  • The condition of the plumbing and electrical systems will be reported at the time of maintenance service, but does not imply warranties to their performance in the future. Tankless water heater flush not included.
  • Cancellation fee may apply to monthly contracts if the SPP is terminated before one year.
  • Potential prorated refund amount will be determined based on services provided through the time of cancellation.
  • Customer may receive notice of schedule for Service Partner Plan maintenance services by means of phone, email or text.
  • Service partner plan discounts not valid with any other offers or discounts.
