Not sure if yours needs a licensed electrician? Call us – we will tell you straight.
Under NSW law, hardwired electrical appliances and fixed electrical equipment must generally be connected by a licensed electrician. Unlicensed electrical work can create safety risks and may affect insurance claims and manufacturer warranties.
Electrical installation work must comply with the Electricity (Consumer Safety) Act 2004 (NSW) and AS/NZS 3000 Wiring Rules.
A CCEW (Certificate of Compliance for Electrical Work) may be required for prescribed electrical work and provides proof that the installation was completed by a licensed electrician to current Australian standards.
Our licensed electricians carry out all work to AS/NZS 3000 and issue your compliance certificate on the day.
